Services & Rates
Fees
Initial Consultation (15 minutes): Free
First Appointment Intake Evaluation (90 minutes): $280
Individual Session (50 minutes): $200
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider. This mean that all of my clients pay the full session fee at the time of service, and then afterwards submit a "superbill" to their insurance company for a partial or full reimbursement. I will provide you the superbill each month that will have all the information your insurance company needs. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider and inquire about your out-of-network coverage for mental health services.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
I am a registered clinician with the Lyra Employee Assistance Program. If your company offers Lyra benefits, you may be able to have a certain number of sessions paid for through the program. Number of sessions range between 8-15
Sliding Scale Individual Therapy
If the cost of therapy is a barrier to your receiving services, I have a limited number of slots available for a sliding scale fee. Please inquire to find out more about the rate.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
-
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
-
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, or any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
-
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
-
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
