About Me

My Experience
I have extensive experience in group private practice and community mental health settings. I recently relocated to Maple Valley and I have been working primarily with adolescents and their families. Previously, I provided therapeutic services for women and men at a correctional facility; supported individuals at the emergency department of a Level 1 Trauma Center; lead group therapy sessions at an inpatient psychiatric hospital; provided in-home therapeutic sessions with children, adolescents, and their parents; and supported college students who were previously in the foster care system.
My Education & Credentials
I received my graduate degree in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University where I was part of the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Fellowship, a year-long intensive training lab that provided me the foundation of DBT treatment.

I am a licensed, independent clinical social worker in the state of Washington and Colorado.
Why Choose Me
experience
My training and previous work experience help me quickly understand the barriers that get in the way of your goals.
results
I use a variety of tools to track progress in therapy. I will also routinely conduct treatment assessments with you to ensure your needs are being met.
In the moment coaching
I give my clients my email and personal cellphone number and encourage them to contact me outside of session. This allows me to provide advice when it is needed most.
Collaboration
I work with individuals and their families to come up with a shared understanding of their goals. Then, together, we work towards those goals.
